Your local cocktail bodega
Musen & Elefanten
Welcome to Musen & Elefanten – a cocktail bodega and cosy retreat in the heart of Copenhagen. At Musen & Elefanten, you can enjoy cold beers, the warmth of the fireplace and plenty of space for conversations about both the big and small things in life.
Located on Vestergade, Musen & Elefanten is a charming cocktail bodega, thanks above all to its atmospheric surroundings, loyal regulars and music selection – a great mix of classic jazz, rock and Danish pop hits from the decades before the turn of the millennium. At Musen & Elefanten, you can enjoy everything from a wide selection of beers to classic cocktails and champagne, different types of whisky and rum, as well as the Belgian beer Delirium.
As you would expect from a traditional bodega, smoking cigarettes or cigars is allowed in the indoor lounges and in the adjoining covered courtyard. Musen & Elefanten combines the atmosphere of a classic bodega with a timeless touch, making it the perfect setting for everything from an after-work beer to a night of partying.

Bachelor Party with Cigars and Sabrage!
Celebrate your bachelor party at Musen & Elefanten in Copenhagen and enjoy a unique experience with cigars and sabrage!
You’ll learn the art of sabering a bottle of sparkling wine. According to this old and noble tradition, a bottle of bubbles should be opened with a saber — and what better occasion to learn the technique than at a bachelor party? You’ll learn how to master it and, of course, get to taste the sparkling wine afterwards.
Your bachelor party will take place in the heart of Copenhagen in our cosy venue on Vestergade. You can also reserve our first-floor lounge privately until 22:00 if you would like to include other activities as well.
Our drinks menu offers a tempting selection of cocktails, beer, sparkling wine and, of course, a little shot or two.
For safety reasons, the sabrage must take place outdoors and before too much alcohol has been consumed, as otherwise it can become dangerous. We therefore reserve the right to assess this when your group arrives.
Price: DKK 150 per person (minimum 5 people). The price includes one bottle of sparkling wine per five guests, as well as one cigar per person.
Latest booking: 20:00
